1. Who are we?
When we say “JCPF”, EnergyHealer, “we”, “our” or “us”, we mean the Joseph Carey Psychic Foundation Charity. Our office is based in Portsmouth, See our contact us page for more information.
We provide an easy-to-use online platform for practitioners of the complementary industry.
2. What does this notice cover?
This notice describes how we process personal data. When we say “personal data” we mean information that relates to you, and from which you can be identified. Personal data includes your name, email, address, telephone number, bank account details, payment information, support queries, community comments and so on. - To improve our website. We strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.
- To improve customer service. Your information helps us to more efficiently respond to your customer service requests and support needs.
- To process transactions. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer.

No. Never. The JCPF does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property or safety.
7. Personal data retention
We’ll retain your personal data for as long as we’ve a relationship with you and for a period of time afterwards where we have an ongoing business or legal need to keep it. For example, to comply with legal or accounting requirements. After that, we’ll make sure it’s deleted or anonymised.

Security is a priority for us when it comes to your personal data. We’re committed to protecting your personal data and have appropriate technical and organisational measures in place to make sure that happens.

We may update this notice from time to time. If we make a material change, we’ll make sure we let you know, usually by sending you an email or posting a notice on our websites and in our apps.
