Yes. EnergyHealer>> allows more than one therapist to treat clients. For example, a couple that work together, or a business that employs, or a voluntary organisation which operates a day drop-in clinic. Just remember that whilst the therapist treating the client is held responsible for their treatment, the overall management of EnergyHealer is with the person who subscribes to its usage.
Yes you can. To get EnergyHealer>> working all you need is their name, address, telephone number, and if you don’t get given an email address, you can enter a dummy one, which can be changed later if they have it to give. When the client comes to you the health questionnaire can be completed by them and entered into EnergyHealer>> face-to-face.
EnergyHealer>> ensures your client agrees with your privacy policy & terms and conditions, and more… it ensures the client tells you how they benefited from the treatment with comments as required from you and the client. And when a treatment is concluded with client agreement, the treatment record cannot be changed.
Yes you can delete treatment records but be careful! Only delete records you’ve created for testing purposes, or records that have been kept for a minimum of 8 years and only then if they were not minors or adults with life threatening health conditions.
Yes you can delete records of their personal details and returned health questionnaires.
Whether a client seeks treatment for feel good reasons only or if they have some kind of health issue that they want relief from, some of the lifestyle measurements provided by the client initially, and before and after treatment will show a measure of change. Some, for example, sleep difficulties, will not show for a least 24 hours. Subsequent treatments can show change. Benefits recorded will attest to the efficacy of treatment.

Insurers can be satisfied that EnergyHealer>> confidential control and safe storage of treatment records and client agreements to your services give good management assurances.
The only interaction EnergyHealer>> has with client’s own media platforms is the sending and receiving of health questionnaires uniquely identified to that particular client. All other client and therapist actions take place in EnergyHealer, which is not linked to any other forms of software or IT platforms.
Tick the account page pets need only. Questionnaires will only show client pet owners and information questions about the pet. Pets can have lifestyle issues too!
